1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of PropPilot on Android, iOS and the web. By using PropPilot, you agree to these Terms. PropPilot is intended for adults who manage property or rental records. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose of PropPilot

PropPilot is a record-keeping and productivity tool for properties, tenants, leases, rent, expenses, inventory, documents, reports and related workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, tenancy-management or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice and complying with laws that apply to you.

3. Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, security and appropriate use of information you enter, import, scan, photograph, upload, export or share. This includes obtaining any required authority or consent before storing tenant identification, contact details, emergency contacts, contracts, financial records or other personal information.

You must protect access to your device and accounts, keep appropriate independent backups, review generated records and reports, and avoid using PropPilot for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity.

4. Local storage and backups

PropPilot is designed to store core records primarily on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing storage, losing or damaging a device, changing browsers, or resetting an operating system may remove local records.

Google Drive backup and restore are optional convenience features. Availability, timing and completeness may be affected by connectivity, Google service availability, account permissions, storage limits, operating-system restrictions, device conditions, user actions or other factors outside the developer’s control. A displayed backup request or completion message does not guarantee that every record or attachment can later be restored. Keep an independent copy of important information.

5. Google Account and Drive access

Google Sign-In is optional and is used only to connect the Google Account you select for backup and restore. PropPilot requests the narrow drive.appdata scope and cannot browse your ordinary Google Drive files. Google processes authentication and storage under its own terms. You may disconnect access in PropPilot or revoke it from your Google Account.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Prices, taxes, trials, billing periods, renewal and cancellation are shown by the applicable store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before renewal. Deleting PropPilot does not cancel a subscription.

Purchase availability and restoration depend on the store account, receipt status, network and store services. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules and local law.

7. Third-party services and communications

PropPilot may open Google services, app stores, camera or file selectors, calling, SMS, WhatsApp, email, printing and sharing tools at your request. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. PropPilot is not responsible for their availability, delivery, security, pricing or conduct.

8. Reports and calculations

Financial summaries, charts, due indicators, generated rent records and PDF exports depend on the information and settings you provide. Review all outputs before relying on or sharing them. PropPilot does not guarantee that reports satisfy tax, audit, accounting, legal or regulatory requirements.

9. Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued as PropPilot develops. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, defects, operating-system changes, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropPilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or complete security. The developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, missed rent, incomplete records, failed communications, or data loss caused by user actions, devices, networks, third-party services or inadequate backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PropPilot at any time. Access to a feature may be limited where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, platform requirements or material breach of these Terms. Local and cloud records are not necessarily deleted merely because use ends; follow the deletion instructions in the Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

The PropPilot Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including local records, Google Account information, Drive backup, store transactions and user-controlled sharing.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for feature, provider, legal or operational changes. The updated date will be revised, and material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
